Pass benefits vary depending on the pass type purchased. Full and VIP Passes typically include access to workshops, social dancing, and evening shows, while Party Passes generally include access to social dancing and performances. Please review the pass descriptions before purchasing.

Yes. We offer Early Bird pricing for a limited time, and prices typically increase as the event approaches. Purchasing early is the best way to secure the lowest available rate.

Pass transfers are generally not permitted. In rare circumstances, transfer requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any approved transfer must be authorized by event management.

Attendees will check in using their registration confirmation and QR code. Upon check-in, you'll receive the appropriate event wristband based on your pass type.

Lost wristbands are generally not replaced. However, special circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact event staff immediately if your wristband is lost or damaged.

Yes. We encourage attendees to record class recaps and key takeaways for personal practice and review. Please be respectful of instructors and fellow participants when recording.

Keep an eye out for nightly themes throughout the weekend. Comfortable clothing and dance-friendly shoes are recommended. You’ll be dancing for extended periods, so dress for movement, comfort, and your personal style.
We also host onsite vendors throughout the event offering dance shoes, clothing, accessories, and more, perfect if you need last-minute items or want to upgrade your social dancing look.

Some competitions require qualification or an application process, while select events may feature social-style competitions such as Jack & Jill formats.

Hotel & Travel

Yes. We partner with a host hotel whenever possible and often secure special attendee rates. Because room blocks can sell out, we recommend booking accommodations early.
